Job Description:This Sales Executive drives growth in the brown box segment by cultivating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored packaging solutions. The role blends strategic prospecting, persuasive communication, and cross-functional collaboration to exceed sales goals.
Qualifications:Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Engagement
- Pursue and follow up on all brown box leads
- Forecast and manage pipeline progression
- Build long-term relationships even when immediate opportunities aren’t present
- Close contracts efficiently and effectively
- Strategic Selling & Collaboration
- Recommend solutions considering design, costing, scheduling, and availability
- Communicate project requirements via CRM
- Ensure internal alignment across departments for client success
- Attend tradeshows, networking events, and industry functions
- Sales Execution & Market Insight
- Promote ideas persuasively and influence decision-makers
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Deliver compelling sales presentations
- Achieve or exceed agreed-upon sales goals
Qualifications:
- CRM proficiency + MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Understanding of manufacturing, design, and 3PL capabilities
- Familiarity with competitor strategies and offerings
- Financial fluency: profit, cost, margin awareness
- High ethical standards and ownership mindset
- Energetic, optimistic, and fun to work with
- Strong project management and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creative problem-solving and continuous learning
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's of Science in Business or related field
- 5+ years B2B sales in packaging, printing, displays, or marketing agencies
- $3–5M book of business preferred
Other Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Travel: Up to 35% domestic travel
