Your Role at KIK

We are looking to add to our growing sales team in our east coast region. As a District Sales Manager, you will report to the Sales Director. You are responsible for managing the existing book of business with a strong focus on our Natural Chemistry products. To be considered for this role, you must reside within the territory which includes Philadelphia and Pittsburg area of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and S. New Jersey.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain and continue to strengthen relationships with existing customers through sales support, training, and maximizing the value that customers enjoy from their relationship with KIK.

  • Develop relationships and consistently gain business with prospective customers through repetitive contact and by communicating the value of the services and products that KIK provides.

  • Develop new business with current customers by gaining share from competitive products utilizing the marketing materials and incentive programs provided by KIK.

  • Provide customer training on the products and services that KIK provides.

  • Maintain a Customer Relationship Management system and provide reports as required.

  • Previous outside sales experience.

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. 

  • The ability to work well independently.

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to structure sales deals, collaborate with team members, & reach pivotal steps in the sales cycle.

  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining meaningful customer partnerships.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Travel required up to 75% of the time including customer visits, plant visits, and time in the office with other team members

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  •  Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required

  • 2 years of related retail or account management experience preferred

  • Previous outside sales experience.

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. The ability to work well independently.

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to structure sales deals, collaborate with team members, & reach pivotal steps in the sales cycle
