Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up and managing new client accounts, ensuring accurate information entry and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in data entry and update databases with new information as it becomes available.
  • Support the preparation and generation of regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data collection processes.
    Conduct basic data analysis and prepare summaries of findings.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of data management systems and procedures. 
  • Provide data support for departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and regulations.
    Respond to data-related queries and provide support to users as needed.


Job Requirements

  • An Associate’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, is required.
  • Proven experience in data entry and management.
  • Proficiency with systems and software such as Microsoft Office 365 and Orion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with data cleansing and validation processes.
  • Basic understanding of data entry processes.
