Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up and managing new client accounts, ensuring accurate information entry and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in data entry and update databases with new information as it becomes available.
- Support the preparation and generation of regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data collection processes.
Conduct basic data analysis and prepare summaries of findings. - Assist in the development and maintenance of data management systems and procedures.
- Provide data support for departmental projects and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and regulations.
Respond to data-related queries and provide support to users as needed.
Job Requirements
- An Associate’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, is required.
- Proven experience in data entry and management.
- Proficiency with systems and software such as Microsoft Office 365 and Orion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data cleansing and validation processes.
- Basic understanding of data entry processes.
