- Procure MRO supplies and ensure the timely availability of spare parts and consumables.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and track order status.
- Maintain purchasing records, inventory levels, and cost controls.
- Provide administrative support to Value Stream Coordinators, including scheduling, reporting, data entry and document management.
- Assist in production planning by tracking material availability and procurement timelines.
- Support process improvement initiatives related to procurement and manufacturing administration.
- Education & Experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative support in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical & Administrative Skills:
- Knowledge of MRO procurement, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with purchase order creation, vendor management, and cost tracking.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with manufacturing teams.
- Office Setting
- FT M-F between the hours of 7 AM and 6 PM
