About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic Service Department. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and Service Technicians, ensuring smooth coordination of service requests and accurate invoicing. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our aftermarket services.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process service and maintenance requests
  • Dispatch field-based Service Technicians based on location, skill, and availability
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance and follow-up service work
  • Enter and verify work order details, generate invoices, and process purchase orders
  • Manage and update maintenance agreements
  • Monitor technician compliance with GPS, time tracking, and labour hours
  • Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure correct parts allocation
  • Provide administrative support across departments and generate service reports

What You’ll Bring

  • Basic understanding of service or repair processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoicing
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Up to 2 years’ experience in service administration, customer service, or a similar role
