Cochran’s Union, Missouri location is looking for an Administrative Receptionist to join our team.  

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative professional to join our team. In this critical role, you will support office personnel and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of a growing organization. As the face of Cochran Engineering, you will play an essential role in maintaining a professional environment that reflects our innovative and collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Receive deliveries and sort/distribute mail
  • Assist in organizing and set-up/breakdown of meetings and events
  • Handle internal and external communications within a fast-paced environment
  • Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and presentations to support projects and initiatives
  • Maintain office organization, manage supplies and equipment
  • Provide administrative support for projects that include but are not limited to operations team members and key stakeholders
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, printing, compiling and submitting project applications and bid proposal forms
  • All other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMs)
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (i.e.: fax machines, printers, phone systems, etc.)
  • Excellent organizations skills, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
