Temporary Administrative Assistant
September 10–23
Downtown San Francisco | Hybrid | $35/hour

We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Administrative Team for two weeks, from September 10th to September 23rd, while one of our Executive Assistants is on vacation. You will work closely with 2–3 senior leaders, providing essential administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Outlook calendars for 2–3 senior team members
  • Arrange domestic and international travel as needed
  • Schedule and coordinate client and internal meetings
  • Perform a variety of other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Skills & Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Clear communicator (in person, by phone, email, and text)
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach
  • Collaborative team player with strong customer service skills
  • Approachable, empathetic, and trustworthy
  • Professional, with a great sense of humor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Mac environment)
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Eager to learn about the advertising industry

Additional Details:

  • Hybrid work environment; must be able to work onsite three days a week in downtown San Francisco
