Position: Full-time, Part-time, Various hours, (morning, evening or overnight)
Salary: Starting wage $18 to $20 per hour; dependent on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:
Provide residential care to youth ages 10yr to 17yr who have a variety of mental health, behavioral, substance abuse, and legal issues.
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, conduct groups, supervise youth in community settings, and provide a positive and healthy environment through role modeling.
Qualifications:
For the Residential Counselor position, Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or social science field is preferred; or post-secondary education and a minimum of one year of experience working with children; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
For the Residential Worker position, a High School Diploma or GED is required, experience working with youth is preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards.
Must successfully complete all agency background checks, which include checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crimes.
Requires a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one for approved driver status.
