Position: Full-time. Typical evening hours between 1:00pm-11:00pm, will include weekend and holiday shifts. 

Salary:  $21 to $23 per hour; dependent on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for youth ages 10-17 in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment program.

  • Provide direct supervision and training to designated residential staff.

  • Attend and participate in designated team meetings, in-service training, and crisis intervention.

  • Perform the duties associated with the Residential Shift Coordinator job description.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or social science field preferred; or post-secondary education and a minimum of one year experience working with children; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must successfully complete all agency background checks, which include checks for criminal convictions, behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crimes.

  • Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards.

  • A valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one for approved driver status.
