Position: Full-time. Typical evening hours between 1:00pm-11:00pm, will include weekend and holiday shifts.
Salary: $21 to $23 per hour; dependent on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:
Direct and maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for youth ages 10-17 in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment program.
Provide direct supervision and training to designated residential staff.
Attend and participate in designated team meetings, in-service training, and crisis intervention.
Perform the duties associated with the Residential Shift Coordinator job description.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or social science field preferred; or post-secondary education and a minimum of one year experience working with children; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must successfully complete all agency background checks, which include checks for criminal convictions, behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crimes.
Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards.
A valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one for approved driver status.
