This is a six-month fixed term contract. The role offers a hybrid and flexible working approach, you are required to attend our Cardiff HQ at least two days per week.
What will you be doing?
- Prepare and issue employment-related documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support regular audits and input of HR data and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Act as a first point of contact for routine HR queries, providing clear and consistent guidance on policies and processes.
- Support coordination of internal HR processes.
- Assist in preparing reports or summaries for internal use.
- Oversee office facilities, supplies, and health & safety checks.

- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident in making informed decisions in a timely manner and taking ownership of solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
- Experience using HRIS platforms (We use Hi-Bob).
- Familiarity with basic UK employment law and HR compliance requirements.
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 Qualification.
