Overview:

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Associate Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our Sacramento front office. This individual will be a key player in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, accurate route settlements, and consistent employee experience support. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, frontline employees, and leadership to drive compliance, accuracy, and communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Cashier driver routes with speed and precision; backfill as main cashier when needed
  • Track and investigate route variances using SAP
  • Review and respond to AR disputes, short-pays, and insufficient fund transactions
  • Provide administrative support including reporting, document retrieval, data entry, and scanning
  • Manage site telecom updates and assignments (Telecom LPO)
  • Coordinate inbound/outbound mail and shipping
  • Maintain supply orders, conference room bookings, security logs, and employee badge requests
  • Oversee the destruction of expired coupons and coupon inventory (LPO role)
  • Update communication boards and employee recognition displays (Valor Wall)
  • Support Safety initiatives and maintain compliance documentation
  • Partner with managers for ad hoc support and assist with onboarding (NHO)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, and HR teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in location-wide processes

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,600 - $68,050
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Business (preferred) or 1–3+ years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of initiative
