About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Lead with strong, hands-on Workday expertise. This role is responsible for keeping our system running smoothly, making thoughtful enhancements, and helping our HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT partners use Workday effectively. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, has a strong attention to detail, and can translate business needs into practical system solutions.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the go-to expert for Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Absence/Time Tracking
Configure, test, and roll out system updates and new features
Work with HR and business partners to understand needs and deliver solutions in Workday
Monitor data accuracy and resolve system issues
Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide useful insights for leaders
Support and train HR and business users on system functionality
Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes
Collaborate with Workday support and external vendors when needed
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 5 years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration
Proven experience building Workday reports and dashboards
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
