SUMMARY |
The Internal Controls and Finance Transformation Manager is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and compliance of financial and operational processes across the Guam and Saipan businesses.
This role is critical in embedding a strong internal control culture, aligned with the Inchcape Controls Framework, to safeguard company assets, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support regulatory compliance.
Beyond compliance, the role is also a catalyst for change—driving finance transformation initiatives that enhance process efficiency, reduce risk exposure, and improve the quality of financial insights available to decision-makers. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to implement best practices, and support the organisation’s broader strategic goals.
This position requires a proactive and hands-on leader who can balance governance with innovation, influence stakeholders at all levels, and deliver measurable improvements in both control effectiveness and operational performance. The role also plays a vital part in preparing the business for internal and external audits, ensuring that all control-related activities are well-documented, tested, and continuously improved. |
