Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is searching for a motivated Manufacturing Team Lead to join our rapidly evolving team!
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Team Leader will lead and coordinate team activities including delegating work assignments, inventory management, policy adherence, and training. In addition, they are responsible for motivating the associates to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.

Team Lead Core Responsibilities
- Coach safety, quality and productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work
- Communicates and enforces company policies and procedures.
- Maintain time and attendance records and monitor staffing levels to meet the daily work requirements
- Provide key input for performance appraisals
- Conduct Behavior Based Safety observations and perform Tool Box Talks to identify unsafe practices and areas of risk.
- Ensure that the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality product
- Be responsible for production output and product quality
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Create a daily scheduling plan in partnership with the Supervisor based off of the weekly schedule provided by Supply Chain.
- Coordinates with the maintenance, engineering, and metrology departments to maintain equipment and utilities in proper working condition whilst assuring equipment is utilized in a safe and efficient manner
- Engage in problem solving and troubleshooting activities associated with process equipment and/or product performance.
Team Lead Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to become trained in all the stations in the area of responsibility.
- Proven ability to train other employees.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Good command of the English language (Spanish bi-lingual a plus)
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
