What you will do

Ferroglobe’s Office Assistant helps with daily office duties and transactions of the Ferroglobe USA Mining - Corbin Office. This role will provide support to all office personnel including, but not limited to the following tasks:

  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Enter shipments into SAP and send BOLs to our plants.
  • Generate purchase order requisitions.
  • Post goods receipts against purchase orders in SAP.
  • Research and resolve GRIR requests.
  • Filing, Scanning, Copying, file distribution and retention
  • Scheduling FedEx and UPS pickups


What we seek:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Office Experience desirable
  • Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English required
  • Customer Service Experience
  • SAP experience is desirable, but not required

Working Environment:

Mainly office environment but on occasion (when needed) go into the plant
