JOB DUTIES

As a key member of the Logistics and Warehouse team, this role will report to the Logistics and Warehouse Manager and will be responsible for the following:

1. Loading and unloading trucks; inspecting for damage and reporting damage as necessary
2. Picking orders as needed
3. Wrapping and packing products appropriately
4. Labeling, shipping, and receiving products as needed.
5. Performing daily preventative maintenance on forklifts
6. Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the work area, as well as external warehouses.
7. Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and trucks in a safe manner
8. Maintaining a safe, compliant work area
9. Completing daily documentation as required
10. Maintaining responsibility for quality control; not sending out damaged products and not accepting damaged products in
11. Packaging finished product for shipping.
12. Staging finished product for loading
13. Other duties assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of approved forklift driving procedures is required.
• Basic understanding of OSHA safety regulations
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keen attention to detail.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite desired
• The ability to lift a minimum of 30-55 pounds is required.
