We are hiring a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to the casino’s leadership team, including the General Manager and department heads. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information while ensuring smooth coordination of executive-level tasks in a dynamic, guest-facing environment. We expect this job to work 10-20 hours a week, based on existing business needs.
Specifically, you will:
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
· Prepare internal communications, reports, presentations, memos, agendas, and meeting minutes.
· Serve as a liaison between leadership and department managers, vendors, guests, or regulatory agencies.
· Assist with document management and recordkeeping, including sensitive HR, legal, or compliance files.
· Coordinate onboarding activities and scheduling for leadership-level hires or VIP meetings.
· Manage logistics for board meetings, department head sessions, or special leadership events.
· Track and follow up on deadlines, action items, and deliverables across departments.
· Screen and route phone calls, emails, and other communications.
· Support project coordination, research tasks, and preparation of executive summaries.
· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters related to guests, staff, and company operations.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Office, gaming floor and convent ion center environment including flashing lights, frequent loudnoises and cigarette smoke. Extensive computer use. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must bewilling to work any hours and/or shift, as assigned, according to business needs. Occasionally must dealwith angry or hostile individuals.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and Certification
· At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in an administrative support or related experience, required.
- Experience in a hospitality, gaming, or regulated or similar environment, but not required
Skills
Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); ability to learn casino systems and platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as required by the jurisdiction.
