- Manager and Technical Support for the District's online Recruiting & Hiring system (Frontline), maintaining system tables and data integrity, managing job templates, user accounts and security groups, creating forms, workflows, and maintaining system security. Codes and manages API's to integrate data with background checks, onboarding software, volunteer management, and student teacher management.
- Manager and Technical Support for the District's online Absence Management System (Frontline), maintaining daily employee gains and losses, assignment changes, and data updates, manages daily sFTP file transfers, and weekly payroll extracts. Manages system tables, user accounts, security groups, and visibility profile.
- Manager and Technical Support for the District's online Time & Attendance system (Frontline), maintaining daily employee gains and losses, assignment changes, and data updates, managing daily file uploads, and weekly payroll extracts. Manages positions, contracts, calendars, system tables, user accounts, security groups and visibility profiles.
- Leverages technology and integrates Human Resources Information Systems to develop custom applications (DNN SQL/VBA, HTML) to improve the effciency of HR Operations such as payroll processing, contract administration, employee evaluations, and electronic data/document delivery (LRA's, Salary Statements, Appraisals, etc)
- Manages HR tables and data on the Business Plus financial system, maintaining Salary Schedules, Work Calendars, Assignment Codes, Position Definition tables, Teacher Service Records, Employee Tracking records. Writes and uses SQL Stored Procedures to roll Pay Assignment annually, apply raises, apply mass changes (calendars, ranges, FQA's, etc), upload Benefit selections, etc.
- Manages various HR automated systems to include Stipends, Employee Actions, Salary Statements, Employee Agreements, Staffing, Displaced and Transfer applications, Teacher/Professional Contracts, Auxiliary Evaluations, Letters of Reasonable Assurance, Summer School admin and assignments, Automated payroll processing, etc.
- Writes and manages multiple SQL Stored Procedures and EDI's for HR, Finance, and Benefits
- A member of the Technology Team, working coorperatively with the Technology Executive Programmer, to develop custom applications and convert legacy programs to the DNN Framework.
- Maintain professional development through activities such as classes, committees, conferences, seminar, workshops, and professional journals.

The Human Resources Senior Programmer supports the Chief Human Resources Officer by managing and facilitating the efficient operation of the District’s Human Resources Information Systems, the District’s online Recruiting & Hiring System (Frontline), the District’s Absence Management and Sub Assignment system (Frontline), the District Time & Attendance system (Frontline), the District’s HR and Business Document Management System (Laserfiche), integrating with the District’s Financial and Benefits Systems (Business Plus) and leverage technology to improve HR efficiency and operations through the design and implementation of custom HR applications. Also responsible for assisting the Chief Human Resources Officer with supporting various human resources processes. Works independently and professionally with employees at all levels of the organization. Clearly communicates with employees regarding various human resources issues.
