
Homeoffice URGENT: Part-Time General Administrative Assistant (legal industry background is a plus) at WorkStaff360

- Manage and organize emails, respond to correspondence, and maintain inbox efficiency
- Coordinate calendar events, schedule appointments, and set reminders
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and related logistics
- Handle personal administrative tasks for the executive
- Create and edit simple social media graphics using Canva (or similar tools) for internal and external communications
- Manage WhatsApp communications for client and team interactions, ensuring timely responses and professional tone
- Update and maintain CRM records (including adding contacts, notes, and follow-up tasks)
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all tasks
Hard Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative or executive assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools)
- Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably with data entry and basic automation features)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Schedule:
- 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 10AM–@PM US Central Standard Time
Offer and Benefits:
- $4-$5USD/hour
