This Data Specialist is a hybrid role that will focus on two of our major internal systems:
1) customer relationship management (CRM) system and 2) our inventory system.
As a support resource in CRM, this individual will:
- Pull reports that show daily/monthly productivity by sales associates for employees and management
- Validate lead and business entry
- Provide clean-up within the system for any entry duplications
- Partner with our parent company, The Raymond Corporation, for tasks and system support
Pertaining to our inventory system, this role will support database(s) for:
- Updated customer information for accurate invoicing and billing
- Updated customer equipment files and maintenance agreements
Additionally, tasks include:
- Coordinating new customer account creation for equipment ordering
- Monitoring any sales leads that are entered into company website
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years’ of experience in data entry and database administration
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
- Customer-service oriented approach
This role will enjoy a primary work-from-home position after a training period. This position offers paid-time-off, 7 holidays, and full group benefits after 30 days of hire.
