This Data Specialist is a hybrid role that will focus on two of our major internal systems:  

1) customer relationship management (CRM) system and 2) our inventory system. 

 

As a support resource in CRM, this individual will:

  • Pull reports that show daily/monthly productivity by sales associates for employees and management
  • Validate lead and business entry
  • Provide clean-up within the system for any entry duplications
  • Partner with our parent company, The Raymond Corporation, for tasks and system support 

Pertaining to our inventory system, this role will support database(s) for:

  • Updated customer information for accurate invoicing and billing
  • Updated customer equipment files and maintenance agreements 

Additionally, tasks include:

  • Coordinating new customer account creation for equipment ordering
  • Monitoring any sales leads that are entered into company website 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years’ of experience in data entry and database administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
  • Customer-service oriented approach 

This role will enjoy a primary work-from-home position after a training period. This position offers paid-time-off, 7 holidays, and full group benefits after 30 days of hire.
