Impact Property Solutions are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Administrative Support professional to assist our Single-Family Rental (SFR) sales team. This role will focus heavily on data entry, preparing bids, documenting systems, and updating customer requests. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the flexibility to adapt to varying work demands, including occasional weekends.
Administrative Support Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases.
- Prepare, format, and submit bids for SFR sales projects.
- Maintain organized documentation of systems, processes, and records.
- Track, update, and follow through on SFR customer requests and inquiries.
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with internal departments as needed to gather or verify information.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support sales operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Administrative Support Competencies
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Proven administrative or data entry experience, preferably in a sales or construction environment.
- RFMS Systems Experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based with potential remote work flexibility depending on project needs.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including occasional weekends.
- Fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
