Full-time (4 days, 35h/week)

Your territory

As the lead of one of our software development teams, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on full-stack applications (APIs/backend, infrastructure, mainly internal clients)
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams to develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly software solutions
  • Oversee technical architecture, code quality, and best practices to ensure our platforms are robust, secure, and maintainable
  • Manage project timelines and prioritize workloads to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements
  • Continuously identify areas of improvement, introducing new technologies or methods to boost efficiency and performance
  • Coordinate with other engineering leads and stakeholders to align on company-wide strategies and initiatives
  • Track and measure team KPIs, reporting on progress, challenges, and outcomes to drive data-informed decisions

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams with a focus on collaboration and personal development
  • Several years of professional experience in software development, including front-end, back-end, and cloud technologies. Experience with cloud infrastructure is a big plus.
  • A solid understanding of modern software architectures, design patterns, and best practices
  • Project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating across functions and building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, driven by results and keen on continuously improving processes and tools
  • Very good English skills
  • Valid Austrian work permit
