Position Summary
We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join our Grand Rapids, Michigan, Cascade Branch as an Office Coordinator / Post Closing Specialist. If you love helping people, thrive in a dynamic office setting, and bring serious organizational skills to the table, we’d love to meet you!
This role handles customer-facing responsibilities and post-closing administrative duties—including greeting clients, stocking supplies, scanning documents, and processing disbursements. If you bring high attention to detail and a collaborative spirit, we’re ready to train you for success.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service as the welcoming face of Sun Title at this location
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, as needed
- Support office operations through organization, maintenance, and supply coordination
- Scan, copy, and manage closing documents and delivery logistics
- Prepare disbursements and ensure wire transfers and loan payoffs are accurate
- Collaborate cross-functionally with escrow officers, compliance, and accounting teams
- Review closing documentation for completion and accuracy
- Maintain accurate records and deliver final title insurance policies
- Use title industry software (ProForm Select) and Microsoft Office
- Serve as a backup for notary services and branch coverage

Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 2+ years of office or administrative experience (preferred)
- Title, real estate, or mortgage, accounting industry knowledge, a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to obtain Notary Public commission within 1 month of hire
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
- Capable of lifting boxes and setting up for events
- Occasional errands and light building maintenance
