The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of orders to meet or exceed customer expectations. This position maintains the daily management of projects and enables the District Sales Force to sell QubicaAMF products, installation, and services, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The candidate will possess good judgment skills and a strong sense of urgency when handling external department needs and customer interactions. This position best suits candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are focused on seeing projects through to completion.
Essential Functions
Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned projects, monitoring progress from the initial order shipment to project completion and final customer sign-off, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Reviews and processes incoming customer orders to verify accuracy and ensure proper equipment preparation and delivery to customer locations.
Coordinates and schedules all phases of the project in collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and the customer, ensuring resource availability, timeline adherence, and alignment with the project scope.
Prepares and maintains clear summaries of shipped and in-house orders to provide regular updates to the department manager.
Provides support for customers by assisting with pre-installation requirements, sharing relevant documentation, and/or connecting them with the appropriate subject matter expert for technical guidance or site-specific needs.

Required Education and Experience
Associate's degree and/or two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
A strong background with Microsoft CRM is a plus.
Experience with bowling equipment is preferred but not required.
