About the Position: We are seeking a sharp, driven, and highly organized Assistant to support a Partner. This role is ideal for a high-achieving recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in finance and business operations. While the core responsibilities focus on administrative and scheduling support, this position is intentionally designed as an apprenticeship role, providing a front-row seat to the inner workings of Performance Trust. The right candidate will be given the opportunity to grow into a more substantive professional role after a period of strong performance.
This individual will be responsible for the following:
- Manage and prioritize an active calendar of meetings, calls, and travel
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Partner
- Organize meetings, take notes, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Handle travel logistics: itineraries, accommodations, transportation
- Assist with time-sensitive tasks and last-minute problem-solving
- Track deadlines, prepare briefing materials, and maintain task lists
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with personal errands or tasks, as needed
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Intellectually curious with a long-term interest in finance, business, or investment banking
- Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple priorities with poise
- A natural problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can think several steps ahead
- Comfortable interacting with high-level professionals and clients
- Highly reliable, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Eager to learn, contribute, and eventually grow beyond the assistant role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- 1-2 years of experience in a corporate or professional setting
