Hybrid Contracting Specialist II at Integrity Marketing

Overview of Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Agents/Advisors by processing contracting requests with various Health, Life, and Annuity Carriers
• Learn and maintain expert level of knowledge of SureLC, AgencyBloc and other business platforms
• Set up agent contracting profiles in SureLC and maintain accurate data in business platforms
• Set up and maintain carrier forms and hierarchies in SureLC
• Coordinate closely with Sales, New Business and Commission teams to keep business moving efficiently
• Know and understand carriers and state level requirements for licensing and contracting
• Provide agents with CE, licensing, and product training resources
• Act as a licensing and contracting resource for IFC staff
• Cross-train on New Business and assist as needed
• Review and process applications for complete and full information
• Order initial requirements for application processing
• Clearly and regularly communicate case status to agents
• Work directly with insurance carriers to assure timely and accurate processing
• Assist Agents/Advisors with new business underwriting processing questions

• Curiosity to ensure that projects assigned by multiple people are understood, prioritized, and completed in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently with minimal directions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to company policies and work rules.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software programs when required
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a multi-carrier insurance agency environment
• Proficient user of Microsoft office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Location: Coon Rapids, MN
• Travel Requirements: Very limited occasional overnight travel
