Job Summary

The EIS Analyst provides support to IT Portfolio Managers by collecting and analyzing data, assisting in the evaluation of system processes, and offering technical assistance to end users. This role contributes to the development and maintenance of system documentation, supports solution testing, and may help facilitate end-user training. The position also involves collaboration with stakeholders to support the successful implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data related to enterprise systems and business workflows.

  • System Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and process maps.

  • Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to end users, helping troubleshoot system-related issues and answering usage-related inquiries.

  • System Testing: Support testing efforts for new or updated systems to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.

  • User Training: Assist in preparing training materials and supporting the onboarding of users to new or enhanced systems.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing system efficiency and effectiveness and provide input on potential solutions.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with IT staff and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless system implementation and ongoing operations.

  • Others: Other duties may be assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Adaptability in managing shifting priorities and evolving project needs.

  • High attention to detail with a keen interest in learning new technologies.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • A minimum of 3 months of relevant experience in an IT or systems support role is preferred.

Base Rate Per Hour:

14.50

*Preference will be given to students who can work during academic breaks
