
Remote Community Experience Specialist - 2025213 at World Relief

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sustaining Donor Engagement & Stewardship
- Build meaningful relationships and contribute to strong retention of monthly partners through mission-aligned, personal and timely partner care which may include: handwritten notes, postcards, phone calls, emails, SMS text messages, virtual events and additional consistent onboarding and stewardship touchpoints.
- Build a strong giving community by supporting continuous process improvement efforts designed to enhance donor experience and retention.
- Collect testimonials that reflect the impact of giving and inspire generosity.
- Support development of personalized donor communications and updates—including emails—that demonstrate the tangible difference Path donors make and keep them connected to World Relief’s impact.
- Donor Acquisition Support
- Support lead nurture strategies and help execute and improve onboarding experiences that create a strong first impression and inspire ongoing support.
- Assist in the execution of digital, phone and mail campaigns designed to attract new monthly partners to The Path.
- Collaborate with The Path Manager and broader marketing team to generate creative ideas for increasing Path partner acquisition and conversion rates.
- Apply data insights—such as engagement metrics, open rates and donor behaviors—to refine tactics under The Path Manager’s strategic direction.
- Campaign & Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing virtual partner events, including managing invitations, RSVPs, technical setup and post-event communications.
- Partner with the Events team to ensure timely and effective coordination of Path deliverables for event-related activities.
- Donor Database, Reporting and Task Management
- Maintain clean and accurate donor records for The Path community in Raiser’s Edge.
- Assist with segmentation, list generation and reporting to support both engagement and acquisition efforts.
- Monitor insights from Path-related campaigns and donor touchpoints to help inform future approaches.
- Coordinate with The Path Manager and Operations team to ensure that Path related activities are properly tracked and updated in the project management system, Asana.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with The Path Manager and across the Marketing team to execute high-quality donor experiences.
- Engage in cross-team collaboration to help convert one-time donors into recurring monthly partners.

- Donor experience and/or customer care experience required
- Bachelor’s degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in email automation and strategy (preferably with HubSpot)
- Experienced in donor management platforms (ie Raiser’s Edge)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Comfortable using SharePoint for cross-team communication and document management
- Familiarity with Canva for light content creation and visual storytelling
- Experience using Asana or similar project management platforms to track tasks, campaigns and deadlines
