This is a unique opportunity to drive fundraising, business development, and strategic execution during a pivotal growth phase, positioning the company to be a leader in the DeFi space. Depending on your specific experience and background, you may be in charge of one of many different business operations.Responsibilities: - Fundraising & Investor Relations: Architect and execute fundraising strategies to attract traditional VCs and crypto-native investors while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Define the roadmap, refine liquidity strategies, and identify complementary DeFi partnerships to maximize competitive advantages.
- Business Development & Ecosystem Growth: Cultivate partnerships with top protocols, attract builders to the platform, and launch growth initiatives to drive TVL and user adoption.
- Operational Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing teams while implementing operational frameworks, OKRs, and KPIs for organizational alignment.
- Thought Leadership & Brand Building: Represent the company at industry events and increase brand visibility through strategic content, media engagement, and community-building efforts.
Requirements: - DeFi & Blockchain Expertise: 3-5+ years of leadership experience in the crypto/DeFi space with a strong track record of scaling Web3 projects and familiarity with EVM-based chains, AMMs, and tokenization models.
- Fundraising & Network: Proven success in raising capital and a strong global network of investors and ecosystem partners.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to anticipate market trends, analyze DeFi metrics (TVL, liquidity), and position the startup strategically within the Berachain ecosystem.
- Leadership & Communication Skills: Strong experience guiding distributed teams, driving partnerships, and communicating complex DeFi concepts to stakeholders.
