  • Annual Base Salary: $58,000 - $67,700 CAD

  • Focusing on nurturing relationships with existing accounts and warm leads.
  • Applying your expertise to uncover new opportunities and qualify leads, contributing to our team’s growth and proactive outreach efforts.
  • Actively managing and expanding the lead pipeline
  • Assisting senior Account Managers to secure and close on new business deals when called upon.
  • Work closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals.
  • Continuing the legacy of exceptional service that our customers have grown to expect and appreciate.
Qualifications, Skills, And CompetenciesSafers come from a variety of backgrounds with a diversity in skills and knowledge. That said, we find that those who are most successful in this role have experience with the following areas.Required Skills
  • A degree or diploma in Business, Sales, or Technology field or relevant industry experience
  • Experience working in technology Sales (preferably Software or High Tech).
  • 1 - 3 years of proven experience with identifying, qualifying, developing prospects and leads.
  • You are curious, resourceful and good at solving problems
  • Familiarity and understanding of the sales lifecycle.
  • You are a clear communicator who can write and present ideas effectively to diverse audiences, both within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • You are enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, are collaborative, and contribute to a supportive work environment.
  • You have strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records to ensure seamless communication.
  • Passionate about technology. You are curious about data inter-connectivity and how data, databases, and systems flow and communicate with one another.
Bonus Points
  • Previous experience in the Government, Education, Transportation, Utilities, AEC, Energy or Telecommunications industries is advantageous.
  • Experience with a CRM (preferably HubSpot)
