JOB OVERVIEWWe are seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider to join our team. The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for the timely delivery and collection of packages, documents, and other materials, ensuring that all deliveries are made accurately and in accordance with the company's standards. The role requires knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly deliver documents, packages, and goods to various locations as per the delivery schedule.
• Ensure the accurate and safe handling of all items being delivered.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and take care of the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Ensure proper documentation for deliveries, including obtaining signatures, and filing delivery receipts.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
• Report any accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while on the road.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery log, tracking all deliveries and pickups.
• Communicate effectively with the office staff to coordinate delivery schedules and any changes.
