You will support all Portfolio administrative functions: royalty management, product data and upkeep, contracts and payments, and training materials and upkeep.This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.What you will be doing:

  • Monitor flow of information across the products, marketing, sales, production, design, and other functional teams.
  • Work closely with Portfolio Managers to establish and/or monitor budgets for programs and projects.
  • Perform office support duties: submit invoices, order supplies, monitor supply budget, update databases to ensure data accuracy, and maintain project files.
  • Interface with contract department to create work-for-hire agreements. Ensure appropriate approvals and signatures are obtained and paperwork is filed.
  • Coordinate market research and development activities (send invitations; reserve room and set up conference equipment)
  • Assist in development, Quality Assurance, and turnover of digital products as needed.
  • Train new freelance Coordinators across the Portfolio organization for a consistent and scalable administrative support system.

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • The ability to collaborate with multiple teams and possess excellent communications skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • The ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Prior administrative experience a plus.
