As a Project Management Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the team by setting and maintaining realistic timelines to keep projects on track.What difference will you make?NGA works to foster understanding and help build empathy between people of various backgrounds and experiences. Our volunteers enable this important work to take place and our team represents the work of our organisation across a number of different roles.What are we looking for?The ideal Project Management Associate will have administrative experience, strong time management and organisational skills, ensuring that project timelines are created, tracked, and adhered to. They should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining clear communication with team members. Familiarity with tools such as spreadsheets, timelines, Gantt charts, and Kanban boards is important, along with knowledge of Google Workspace applications. In NGA’s volunteer-dependent projects, strong interpersonal skills are essential. The role requires empathy, the ability to motivate and engage volunteers, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse team members. Flexibility, patience, and clear communication will help ensure that the project stays on track, even when challenges arise.What will you be doing?You will be part of a dynamic team focused on developing and delivering workshops aimed at fostering understanding and empathy across social divides. These workshops are designed to strengthen communities by building trust, encouraging collaboration, and promoting a healthier, more inclusive society.
