Job DescriptionAt Aspen94, we create software solutions that make business simpler. We collaborate closely with clients to understand unique processes and challenges, then determine the best fit of applications, customizations, integrations and education. We are looking for great people to join us in implementing creative solutions that simplify our clients' business lives.We are currently seeking a Zoho Developer. The role of a Zoho Developer is to creatively design and implement trustworthy solutions for client needs and business processes through hands-on customization of Zoho applications. These solutions have a heavy focus on automation using Deluge scripting (Zoho's proprietary language), advanced formulas and other custom development within widgets, functions, blueprints, workflows, integrations and business intelligence tools. Solutions often start with documenting requirements such as user stories, non-functional requirements, pseudo code, and page descriptions. Zoho Developers must be able to estimate work items and time spent with a reasonable degree of accuracy. Additionally, the ongoing support of clients often includes building custom reports, custom templates, module design and screen layouts, as well as data migration.The ideal Zoho Developer candidate will possess:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher
• Relevant Zoho and Deluge experience
• Relevant experience with relational databases
• Proficiency in several of the following: JavaScript, Java, Node.JS, Python, HTML/CSS, SQL
• Ability to produce efficient, clean and well-commented code
• A passion for problem solving with cloud technology
• Experience analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• High standards for quality work and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and engage effectively with both clients and other team members
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills for a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

This is a full-time salary position. New team members are eligible for annual company performance bonuses after 1 year of employment.Aspen94 is based in Novi, MI but operates mostly in a remote environment and this a remote position with minimal travel requirements.Aspen94 offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability and life.
