Us too!We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Reporting and Data Analyst to join their team . This role will be fully remote , and will be a 7 -month contract .We are seeking a skilled and experienced reporting analyst to join our client’s team to help support data - related work activities in their Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reporting and data analysis, with specific experience in ATS search and reporting, preferably iCIMS. This role will support ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requests, provide customer support for reporting-based inquiries, gather requirements, create reports, and perform data analysis and troubleshooting.Responsibilities

• Support ongoing and ad-hoc reporting requests to meet business needs.
• Provide customer support for reporting-based inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and create comprehensive reports.
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business , HR, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in reporting and data analysis.
• At least 1+ years of experience in ATS search and reporting, preferably with iCIMS.
• 1+ years of work experience in HR or business operations.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Power Platform is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with business analytics techniques and tools.
• Experience in developing analytic models to understand complex business issues.
• Ability to create data visualizations and presentations to explain insights and their business implications.

Pay Range

• The pay range for this position is $ 30.10 - $ 36.63 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
