This is a critical role responsible forensuring operational excellence, managing resources effectively, and driving continuousimprovement across all functions.Key Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership: Oversee and optimize all aspects of data collection and content delivery operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of projects that meet client requirements.
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets to consistently achieve project goals.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication, and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a global, remote team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Drive performance, engagement, and development within the team.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, implement efficiencies, and leverage technology and automation to enhance productivity.

Skills and Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related fields, with at least 8 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale, complex projects.
- Strong background in managing SAAS companies, data services or content delivery operations.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, with the ability to communicate complex operational strategies clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, including the implementation of automation and technology solutions to streamline workflows.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for managing distributed teams and projects.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize operational performance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent within a diverse, global team.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
