Working under the guidance of Design Directors and the Creative Director, they must demonstrate excellent attention to detail in design and craft. This position will execute various projects, including branding, immersive and interactive web design , 2D, 3D, motion, and animation. They will work closely with other Senior Designers, Illustrators, Motion Designers, and Design Leadership to ensure design integrity and brand alignment across all touch points.

• Note: This role requires 5+ years of design experience with 2+ years in a Senior Designer role (or higher) within an agency setting. Candidates without this experience will not be considered

Key Responsibilities, Skills & Experience

• A passion for all aspects of design, including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery.
• Lead brand projects starting with research, including trends and competitor analysis and identifying whitespace opportunities.
• Define and develop innovative, compelling and interactive brands, digital experiences, and concepts in collaboration with design leads, brand strategists, and clients.
• Establish design systems, style guidelines for type, color usage, patterns, UI, iconography, illustration, motion, 3D, photography and videography.
• Create and deliver presentations and written rationales for internal critiques and client-facing reviews
• Experience presenting work and interfacing with clients
• Design wireframes, screens, and prototypes to illustrate product behavior in relation to interaction, 3D, and motion.
• Experience designing new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms, including web, mobile, presentations, etc.
• A user-centric design approach, as evidenced by considerations for accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling.
• Experience designing interactive websites utilizing three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, Unity, Unreal Engine, GSAP
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills — the ability to work with Design Directors and Creative Directors, as well as the confidence and skill to communicate ideas clearly
• Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Cinema 4D
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
• Ability to work remotely in a productive and collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Design and animate 2D & 3D objects, characters, props, and environments in varying project styles.

• Additional spoken and written languages
