About the job

We’re currently looking for a BI Analyst (P1) who will work with our client dedicated account team.

Our BI Analyst will support our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) lead in performing all budgeting/planning, financial reporting and analysis functions, and operations analysis functions for our client’s region sites.

What this job involves:

  • Develop, design and maintain advanced data visualization (dashboards) and self-serve tools using Tableau.
  • Design and development of underlying data structures for reporting and BI solutions.
  • Work with team to frame and document business requirements and build processes/procedures when required.
  • Understand contract key performance indicators and reporting requirements and client expectations.
  • Develop methods to improve data collection and metric calculation, ensuring the data is accurate and fit for purpose.
  • Contribute to process standardization and creation of solutions that scale globally.
  • Work closely with technology and analytics team to communicate concerns and areas of improvement.
  • Develop test data for BI solutions and analyze the results to ensure data quality.
  • Interpret data, train account team, track usage, monitor effectiveness of BI solutions.
  • Implement solutions to improve BI adoption on team.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests, projects, and other activities as required to support the account.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology or related field is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Experience with Python, R, or Alteryx is a plus
  • Experience with Data Bricks is a plus
  • Experience with PowerPivot and VBA is a plus
  • Familiarity with Corrigo, Smartsheet and other JLL technology solutions is a plus
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy and ability to make effective decisions and solve problems
  • Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed level of operation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity
