We’re looking for a CRM Coordinator to join our growing CRM team!

About The Role

The CRM Coordinator is responsible for supporting the CRM team in executing retention and engagement strategies across various channels, including email, telegram and onsite notifications. You will be working closely with a Senior CRM Manager across multiple online casinos to ensure relevant communication is executed.

You will join a growing team, assisting in campaign creation, deployment, and performance tracking, helping to ensure players receive personalised communication. This is an excellent entry point for individuals looking to grow their career in digital marketing and the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Creation & Campaign Execution: Assist in the creation of email marketing templates, including basic design and content input, ensuring campaigns are aligned with the brand and effectively targeted to player segments.
  • Campaign Deployment: Set up, test, and deploy email and onsite notification campaigns using CRM platforms (FastTrack), ensuring timely delivery.
  • Campaign Calendar Management: Support the team in managing the CRM campaign calendar, ensuring that deadlines are met and communication is consistent with promotional schedules.
  • Database Segmentation: Assist in segmenting the player database to target specific groups with relevant offers and messaging based on behavior and player lifecycle stages.
  • Campaign Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, providing insights for future campaign improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, content, design, and product development to align content and promotions with overall business goals.
  • CRM Tools: Assist in the daily management of CRM tools and platforms, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Customer Feedback Loop: Manage basic customer inquiries related to CRM campaigns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

Our Ideal Profile

  • CRM Coordination experience in a gaming environment, ideally online casino.
  • Experience using FastTrack as a CRM tool.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the iGaming industry.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • A basic understanding of HTML for email design is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for the iGaming industry and customer engagement.
