Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce projects for our clients, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop project plans that align with their goals
• Manage project resources, including internal team members and external contractors, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards
• Provide training and support to clients on Salesforce usage and best practices
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in project delivery
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
• Salesforce certifications are an asset
