The talent of our teams and their passion for providing an experience which inspires and enhance our customers’ leisure time drives our culture of innovation and opportunity.About The RoleReporting to the Head of Digital Experience, Insights and Analytics, the Data and Insights Analyst (known internally as Omni Channel Analyst) is responsible for performing analysis to uncover and report on insights for the Digital Experience team, Omni domain and divisional stakeholders, as well as developing, enhancing and managing the Group’s online data technologies (primarily Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager). In this role, you will provide data driven customer insights in order to guide the Groups Digital Strategy and advise of performance.Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Sourcing and preparing data from Google Analytics and other sources for analysis, and performing standard business intelligence analysis activities.
  • Owning, maintaining and enhancing the core Google data platforms for the Group.
  • Implementation and maintenance of tracking technologies such as Google Tag Manager to capture and understand customer behaviour, and outcomes from optimisations.
  • Using a visualisation product, as guided, to design and create data visuals.
  • Applying standard data modelling and design techniques based upon a detailed understanding of requirements.
Whilst most of our team members are based in Strathpine, interested candidates located in other states are also welcome to apply.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in a BI Analyst / Reporting Analyst / Visualisation Analyst capacity
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Good understanding of Omni Retail / e-Commerce (essential)
  • Understanding of digital technologies as well as mobile consumer usage and shopping behaviours
  • Reporting and visualisation skills
  • Experience in business requirements analysis and business modelling
  • Understanding or experience with UX / CX design
  • A keen interest in analysing and identifying customer behaviour trends
  • Proven knowledge and interest in digital experience optimisation with a demonstrated understanding of how data is utilised to support
  • Experience in collecting, analysing and validating multiple data types from multiple sources
