Job Description

• Defines system scope and objectives through research to design, develop, or integrate complex information systems.
• Modifies application systems and procedures to optimize performance, including capacity, response time, and results.
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs, subroutines, and scripts.
• Enhances system design to meet changing business needs.
• Works with business users to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Develops and implements test plans, data verification, and standard system procedures.
• Maintains technical skills for relevant software, databases, platforms, and networks.
• Assists in preparing application design documents.
• May research software/hardware products for recommendations and support budget/purchasing efforts.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of experience in systems analysis and programming with .Net
• SQL server experience
  
  

Preferred Job Requirements

• Experience in the health insurance industry
