• Actively participate in technical support operations, assisting with customer needs
• Respond to customer requests, identifying problems, and providing the customers with all the necessary information to resolve their issues
• Seek to understand problems and then with COE help to reproduce at lab, localize, and describe them before passing them on to software support.
• Work extensively with the issue tracker (e.g. JIRA), searching for existing similar reports and submitting new ones.
• Test solutions at customer premises.
• Maintain issue tracker log for customers, per customer.
• Support the QA processes
• Understand how the customer will be using the system in order to include the relevant and comprehensive end-to-end user scenarios in the test plan
• Deliver technical IT support as required to our client SW stack solution.

Basic Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Bachelor’s and/ or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field.
• Knowledge and experience in one (or more) of the following: C# .NET, Java.
• Knowledge and experience in one (or more) of the following: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to design and develop large scale, complex applications.
• Ability to work from rudimentary requirements and specifications.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Fluent communication in English language, in both verbally and written.
