This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction by effectively setting up, training, and supporting clients in the use of our software solutions.The Impact you’ll make

• Client Onboarding:
• Meet with clients to collect data and information for software customization
• Create detailed project plans for timely installation of customized systems
• Educate clients on how to use purchased software and customized features
• System Customization:
• Customize software systems based on clients' individual needs and specifications
• Communicate with clients throughout the customization process for feedback and approval
• Client Support:
• Regularly interact with assigned clients to resolve queries in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate escalations to the supervisor
• Ensure client satisfaction with the implemented solutions
