What You’ll Get To Do

• Design, develop, and maintain features across the application
• Debug production issues across the stack
• Work with a diverse group of developers and stakeholders to ship a high-quality product
• Uphold engineering standards and bring consistency to the codebase
• Follow development processes and help improve said processes when possible
• Refactoring legacy components / performance optimization.
• Code review with peers
• Write up tech design documentation
  
  

Skills And Experience We Value

• At least 3+ years of experience web development
• 2+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• TDD - based development experience
• SQL knowledge, to architect new data models and write more performant queries for complex reports.
