About The Role

As a Multilingual Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key member of our team, providing exceptional service to our Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Guam, and Saipan-based customers. You’ll play an essential role in maintaining WEX Australia's reputation as a leader in customer service, ensuring that all queries are resolved promptly and efficiently. Working in a dynamic, multicultural team, you'll have the opportunity to interact with a diverse customer base and make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via telephone calls and email correspondence, ensuring first-time resolution of any customer queries.
  • Responding to account and transaction inquiries with a focus on delivering accurate and timely solutions.
