- High school diploma or equivalent related experience
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
- Must meet minimum technology requirements for internet service
- 1 month of related experience in customer service or a similar role
- Ability to effectively speak and listen to customers via phone or in writing
- Flexibility to adapt to various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment
