Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Asset Creation: Design and create high-quality marketing assets, including website graphics, social media graphics, and promotional materials that align with the brand’s identity and goals.
- Website Graphics: Develop visually appealing graphics optimized for web use, ensuring fast loading speeds and a seamless user experience.
- Social Media Content: Design eye-catching social media graphics that drive engagement and align with campaign strategies.
- SEO-Informed Design: Utilize SEO knowledge to inform design choices, such as optimizing images for web loading speed, using appropriate image alt text, and creating content that enhances website visibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive visual communication across all digital channels.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and other design tools to produce high-quality visual content.
- High-Quality Designs: Creation of visually compelling and brand-consistent marketing assets that effectively communicate the client’s message.
- Enhanced Online Presence: Improved website and social media visuals that boost user engagement and enhance the brand’s online presence.
- SEO-Optimized Graphics: Effective use of SEO best practices in design to improve website loading speed, image accessibility, and search engine visibility.
- Collaboration & Communication: Successful collaboration with the marketing team to deliver graphics that align with campaign objectives and deadlines.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating marketing assets, website graphics, and social media content.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
- SEO Knowledge (Advantageous): Understanding of SEO principles to optimize images for web use, apply appropriate alt text, and create visually engaging content that enhances search engine visibility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality designs that meet brand standards and project requirements.
